Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. All payments made to CureEazy are non-refundable. By subscribing or making any payment, you expressly agree to this no-refund policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to CureEazy for subscription plans, add-ons, or any other services are strictly non-refundable. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Scope of This Policy

2.1 Subscription Fees

Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of the current paid billing period. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of that period.

2.2 Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront in full. Cancellation of an annual plan at any point during the subscription year does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the annual fee.

2.3 Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases

Any add-on features, one-time setup fees, or other charges paid to CureEazy are non-refundable once payment is processed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund of any amounts already paid. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Service Interruptions

We make every effort to maintain platform availability and reliability. However, temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for a refund. We do not offer service credits or compensation for downtime.

5. Exceptions

The only exception to this no-refund policy is where a refund is expressly required by applicable Indian consumer protection law or a specific written agreement signed by an authorised representative of In Out Green. No verbal representations by any party shall override this policy.

6. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at care@cureeazy.com. We will review billing errors in good faith, but this does not imply any obligation to issue a refund beyond what is required by applicable law.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
